Any Universal Remote That can Handle Denon AVR and my PC

I am aware of about logitech harmony remotes but they are way expensive .. I am looking for cheaper options

I previously used I25 Rii mini remote which can copy remotes with 5 programmable buttons .. But this thing is unable to copy the denon remote Frequency

So I am looking for a cheaper options
