So LG is refusing warranty on a 32" color calibrated monitor because of "water damage". There has been absolutely no water that went in - except possible humidity.

I have bought a replacement monitor anyway, but purely because I am pissed off at the BS they are throwing my way, I want to take them to Small Claims Court.

Does anyone have any experience having done this, and if so, can you share anything that might be relevant?

TIA!

Take them to the district consumer forum. Its pretty effective, especially against well established brands as opposed to small businesses. I have done a couple of cases and in both instances, they settled out of court in no time.
