Anyone heard of Proceed amps?

Came accross these ads for Proceed pre-power combo.
How good are they? Anyone heard them?

Nothing concrete except association with mark levinson when I browzed the net.

Anyone own these? Heard these? How is the sound signature like?
Any ideas?

Just asking out of curiosity.
Not planning to buy.

This should be at least 10 to 15 years old model ? And last i see in ebay went upto 400 to $500 PV AMP2.. Check about the age. Proceed Pre cost around same $600 to $700 range.. In singapore echoloft it will come regularly now also it is available.

Proceed products were discontinued a while back - maybe 5-6 yrs ago when Mark Levinson bought them. They were the cheaper variants of ML products.
