Anyone using Pioneer HTP-RS42 ?

Rs 33 (vsx 323 + st33 + sw3) Pioneer - For 36900 along with a samsung 5500 bluray and additional warranty for second year... is that a good deal?? or should i ask for rs 42 for that price..and how does pioneer fare agains denon or polk or jamo..i see a lot of discussions about denon...should i have gone for that??

As configuration shows 2* 16cm coned woofer in front speaker in both RS32/42 model,
Only confusion, please help by clarifying the difference

?RS32 has 1 active and 1 passive
?RS42 has both active
?or both RS 32/42 has 1 active and 1 passive.
