Are all USB C cables same?

Well. Just make sure it supports data and you are good to go.

For e.g. I bought https://amzn.in/d/9SppBUH to connect my Kali's to my PC. they work perfectly. Now using the same to connect my DSP.

I don't know what kind of "fast" charging it supports since I haven't used it with my phone charger.

Not all USB-C cables are the same. While they may look similar, there are differences between them.

First, data transfer speeds. USB-C cables can support different data transfer speeds, such as USB 2.0, USB 3.0, USB 3.1, USB 3.2, and Thunderbolt 3 or 4. Higher versions generally provide faster data transfer rates.

Next is power delivery. Some USB-C cables support higher power delivery to charge devices. Each cable may support different wattages, which affects how quickly it can charge a device.

Then there is video output. Not all USB-C cables support video output.

Finally, there is the build quality that everyone mentioned earlier. The materials and construction of USB-C cables may vary, affecting durability and flexibility.

Oh, and there are also some compatibility differences.
