Audio upgrade for my Toyota Fortuner

Hi All

I bought a pre-owned, 2018 Toyota Fortuner a few months ago. Its OEM audio system leaves a lot to be desired

Inputs/Advice I'm seeing :

1. I am willing to spend 1.5 lacs to 1.75 lacs (for everything -- all individual components plus damping). Is this a good enough budget to get a significant bump up in SQ ? I am not chasing bass or mids or anything like that --- I'm looking for a well balanced audio experience. I really dig a system that delivers brilliant vocals. Will said budget get me that ?
2. Given my budget, individual component level suggestions would be of great help
3. As I live in Bangalore, could you guys point me towards the Top 2-3 audio installers here ?
4. Inputs from Fortuner owners who have undertaken an audio upgrade would be great
