AVR RX V 667 not powering on

Need help friends. I am based in Siliguri.
My avr Yamaha rx v 667 is not powering on. Most probably the power board had turned faulty. EL 816 C ICs are dead. Is the board available anywhere in Kolkata? Else, I will have to carry it to Kolkata for repairs.
Can anyone have source to one such power board as Yamaha has stopped this model long back.

EL 816C is a photocoupler in the SMPS board. You should be able to get it online and get it replaced by anyone who knows bit of soldering.
