Bangalore ::: 51D550 / 50VT20 / 50ST20

Hi,

Again a new thread on demanding plasma in Bangalore.

Right now the hotselling and demanding plasmas are 51D550 / 50VT20 / 50ST30.

In Bangalore 51D550 is out-of-stock at some place and 50VT20 is entirely out-of-stock. Only 50ST30 is available.

In this thread we shall discuss the pricing and vendors in Bangalore to grab these plasma.

51D550 - Pai International - Rs.67k - out-of-stock and they need 15 days time. Two 3D glass offer is closed.

50VT20 - One demo piece at Croma Marathalli - Rs.72k with one 3D glass

50ST30 - Girias Indiranagar - Rs.94k with two 3D glasses

I would personally see the run time, traces of retention etc and pick up the VT20 for around 67k if they come down.

There is only 55VT50 and no 50". That will be more than double of the current price of VT20 and might not be released in India.

Between CES and Indian market presence, there is a 5-6 months gap and it will be mrp for a while till the festive season. Before you know it, it will be next year.

The cycle is so small.

Further the thread is about D550, VT20 & ST30 isn't it?

I think that you should go with the ST30. You will not regret it. Remember when you buy quality you will cry once only.

e series 550 does not have any advantage over d series... its all same. no smart tv...
prices are on rise... cannot expect any thing cheap for next 3 years..

If not, you can save ~20k and still get quality. No crying required..

BTW, Iam pretty sure the ST30 will reach 60k level in 3 months when the 2012 models hit the market.
So if you are not waiting, go for the VT20s.

Last piece of new 50VT20 was sold at 60K with one 3D glass at Croma,Mumbai.
