Best 40 inch LED TV under 60K

I am looking for a 40 inch LED TV under a budget of 60,000

I want a TV which will have better upscaling from 480p channels to the resolution of that LED TV.

Currently, I have Sony 40 EX430 but since it is not working properly due to panel issues, I am looking for a new one.

I bought it around 8 months back after a lot of research.
I found it to be an excellent product.
