Best for listening

Thanks for advance, my setup- Yamaha rxv479 and taga806 f and center, surround my question is difference av reciver and poweramp, both sound are equal, best for listening for movie and music

Yamaha AVRs are basically 50:50 for movies and music

Pioneer / Denon are more edged towards movies ..decent for music

Marantz / NAD / Cambridge Audio more towards music...decent for movies
