LED TVs are expensive at the moment and I doubt one would be able to find a 40" inch LED TV under 60,000 rupees. But if one is prepared to extend his/her budget to around 80, 000 rupees, can get a fabulous 40" LED TV at 200 Hz refresh rate and that is Samsung UA40D6000SR.
