Best LED Tv's between 20"-24"

Can any one help me regarding LED TV

I previously owned BPL CRT 21" TV

Which i sold for 2000rs

Now it has become hard for me to decide what Brand of LED TV i should be buying

a friend of mine helped me with this and told me MICROMAX 32" LED tv which costs around 14990RS/- would be very good

but no matter where i try they said its a useless tv the reviews of it are similar too :sad:

now i thought of buying 22" TV

of all the choices i was left with

If you are upgrading from 21 inch CRT Tv, then the logical one would be go for 32 inch TV. Anything smaller than that means you will be watching picture in a smaller TV. 21 Inch is diagonal and since the CRT has an aspect ratio of 4:3, choose a new TV which has the same height as the CRT.

but its not about replacing the 21" crt my intention is simply to watch movies via usb and tv through set top box
