Best Media Player for playing FLAC

My suggestion to get WDTV in phase 1 and get a good DAC in Phase 2 if money is constraint. The DAC will bring your flac files to life.

I know I asked this question in a different thread but did not receive satisfactory response, so asking again.

I would want to use a DAC with my xtreamer/PlayOn/PC.
So it must have the following inputs
1) USB
2) Optical
and
have following outputs
1) stereo and
2) optical or co-axial to connect with AVR.
What would be the cheapest/VFM DAC that would satisfy the above
requirement.

I looked at uDAC but it does not seem to have optical input. What other
options do I have?.
