Best price for Yamaha YHT-298

hi all,
I am from hyderabad. Yesterday i enquired about the price of YHT 298, the price was said around 32999. on asking further final amount was said as 31500. Is it a good price?
Please let me know where i can buy this? also would like to know if there is any issue with after sales from Yamaha?

31900/- is the best price i think cause the MRP of Yamaha YHT298 is 36500...
