Hey everyone!
I'm looking to digitize a large collection of old family photos and want to make sure I do it right.
Quality and long-term preservation are my main goals. I’ve seen everything from flatbed scanners to scanning apps, but I’m unsure what strikes the best balance between image quality, speed, and ease of use.
Should I invest in a high-end scanner or send them to a professional service? Also, what file formats and resolutions are best for archiving?
Any tips or workflows from your experience would be greatly appreciated.
thanks in advance for any help
