Black Patch in Samsung LED TV

Today i received a Samsung LED TV 40D5000 from Delhi through courier. It is a brand new TV. After setting up thr TV, when the TV was made on, a big black patch is coming in the middle. Also a small white patch is seen at the top right corner of the TV and also many lines are seen in the TV. What could be the reason? Is it due the transportation? But the packing was excellent and also the TV was also in excellent condition. Please anybody has idead about it, kindly help. Thanks in advance.

Your TV display may be damaged. Better you return it ASAP and ask for a replacement or refund.

Friend, its damaged. Ask for a replacement or refund. Did you buy it from ebay dealer?

Does it come with Samsung warranty or 'dealer' warranty?

It came with dealer warranty.

Mr. Pati, Immediately raise a complaint against the dealer that the TV received is defective and ask them for replacement. If money already released from your A/c then, you are at seller's disposal, else block the money and hold your self in a better position.:sad:

If you confirm delivery then ebay release the money. Immediate contact ebay customer care.
