Black Spot/ Dead pixels on screen (SAMSUNG LED UA22ES5000R XZN)

So as the title suggest there is a black spot on my tv screen
any Ideas on how I can fix this?

I dont know the first thing about repairing these so please explain what to do
I cant replace it...
