Which player? I had to select the music files for starting the playback with my old Sherwood bdp.

I wouldn't want my player to auto-play from the HDD folder. I prefer to select the folder/file and press "Play" on remote to play it.
However, when I pop-in a video or audio disc, the player plays it automatically and again that is the way I would want it.
