BMR Speaker Technology, Future?

Recently listened Cambridge audio minx min 21 speakers and quite impressed with the quality of sound from these small speakers. While researching about these speakers stumbled upon lot of information on BMR Speaker technology.

This is a paridigm shift on voice coil as well as magnet system in speakers.

Appears to me that future is BMR. CA, Boston acoustic & NAIM already started manufacturing BMR speakers.

I have made a pair of DIY transmission line speakers using HiWave BMR12 drivers.
The sound is quite good although they don't image well and creates a very ambient kind of sound.
