The main reasons were
1. My wife required a more engaging experience while washing
and letting all the water drain away after every wash was a big No for her especially where we have mix of colored and white cloths to wash every week and the color garments release color even after several washes, something which cannot be avoided for front loading
2. You cannot add a new cloth after your wash cycle has started
3. You have to bend or sit on the ground to take in / out cloths in front loading

Of all the front loadings we saw they were white, the color was not suitabke to my wife's liking
5. During a power failure, you have to drain the whole water using emergency drain and without power coming back the cloths cannot be taken out (is this for all?)
6. The price we got for this product at e-zone is 1.5K lesser than the same on Flipkart, brand new
