Budget Class D digital Amp/DAC combo suggestion

Hi all

This is my first thread here

I am your average budget music lover who recently stumbled upon T amps (I own a TOPPING TP30 BA26 combo)

I am looking to upgrade into a more powerful amp with more wattage and DAC

After extensive on-line research I have come to the below final list

Not in any particular order

Amps:
1. Topping TP60
2. Indeed Hi-fi TDA7498E
3. SMSL sa-60 based on TPA3116
4. SMSL SA98e based on TDA7498E
I am hearing some really nice things about the new TI TPA3116.
DACs
1. SMSL SANSKRIT
2. 09 new zero DAC
3. SMSL 1955+
4. TOPPING D2

I request the forum members to come up with their experience with any of the above listed components. I am looking to make my buying decision based on that .

I am using SMSL SA-98E to drive Pioneer AJ FS speakers. These amps have more than enough power to drive the floorstanders. Imaging and clarity are very good. However, bass is emphasized with this combo.

The amp runs cool & build quality is good as well.

i had almost decided SA-98e before i stumbled upon the various reviews of TPA3116 amps like SMSL SA-60. I read various notes on DIYaudio.com that it sounds phenomenally better than other T amps with a battery PS . And so now am a bit confused

Anyone has experience with T amps and the new 3116? please let me know your opinion about the sound quality difference between these two chips .
