Budget Setup - Help with used equip. + select Bookshelf Speaker

Second, how to look for used stuff, OLX was disappointing , is anyone selling here in my budget. Any good AVR / AMP under 10k will help me spend more on speakers.

Sorry for a really late update . I ended up buying active speakers only as I realised I needed more budget and more time to get into passive speakers.

I have gained some knowledge on good speakers now and every time I go to a pub or a bar i notice the speakers.. So far I have seen whenever its a Telome or a Mackie speaker I have really enjoyed the sound quality.
