i will be in singapore for a weak.. i would like to buy a used or outlet budget speaker in singapore..but i didnt find any stores or forum in singapore.. does anybody knows a good forum for speakers?

Singapore is one of the Heave for Audiophiles where you could get some Vintage Amps which were running the Audio World for pretty neat Prize.Just give a try to the Amps too as Speakers would be bulky to carry and needs lots of care while bringing them.

I think that one or two of the audio shops in Adelphi Mall sell used equipment. Google can throw up some used dealers, although the ones I've seen on line are rather high end, financially. Will add a couple of links...

...Could only find Audio Note.

Since echoloft shut down as a forum, xtreme audio is the main singapore forum

the others above are primarily used dealers..although Audionote mentioned by Thad is pretty fair

Audionote is in Adelphi Mall. I've only window-shopped there, apart from Jaben, the headphone shop, but Adelphi window-shopping at least, is a must for any HFV visitor to Singapore!

I'm sure we have a number of other members who also know the Singapore scene, but, if I was buying, I'd ask Dr.Bass

Echoloft shut down in 2009 and then reopened.....I bought my Harbeths through a gentleman in Singapore who posted on the site .... Luckily I had a hassle free transaction but the risk is yours to be taken..

It used to be a really vibrant audio forum and xtremeplace the av forum but then it ran into technical trouble and shut down and everybody migrated to the latter. Today although it is a buy sell, xtremeplace I believe is far better. Anyway a good option to check
