Buying a LCD tv - what should be checked at delivery?

Hi All,

I am buying a Sony Bravia 40KDLEX710 TV. Can you guys help in preparing a checklist post delivery? Here are some items I think are important:

1. properly packed (factory packed)
2. dead pixel test
3. check for s-pva panel (any idea how to do this?)
4. check for s-pva panel usage time (any idea how to do this?)
5. anything else?

I think will apply equally for other TV buyers as well.
