Some LG Led 32 models are available @ 19k INR here in UK. So hw much did you pay..looks like you got it in a bargain

Hehe, most of you have got it right
The sticker price was 19,000 Baht, discount was 7,000 Baht,so,the net price was 12,000 baht and you get 7%GST Refund. So,since the baht goes for 1.55 Rs a Baht, the effective price comes to around Rs.17,800 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
5 Series Samsung 42 LED was priced at 19,000 Baht.(so,the price of all TVs come to around 50% of Indian price. So,effectively, one can go on a tour, buy a TV and can recover the tour cost from the difference in the TV's price.
Plus, you can have allllllllllllllllll the fun!!!!!!!!!!!!! in Thailand.
Is it two birds with a single stone,no,three birds with a single stone!!!!!!!

I think the cities in Thailand can be changed as below still to attract more Non-Veg guys...Phuket should be called as "fxxxet" and pattaya should be called as "buttaya" and Bangkok should be called as "Bangcock":p

Sorry for the OP::: Back to subject The price of your TV is quite attractive..:)

i don't know what the opinion of a Hifivision member from Thailand (if one exists) would be if he read all the non-hifi discussions being initiated here in this thread.
i know an attempt at humour is being made but some of it doesn't seem to be in very good taste.
however each to his own as they say.

Sorry Moktan.. Just for fun alone..:) No harm.. But for realistic scenario is that and nobody can deny that. People with such mentality from all over the world throng there only for that purpose. I know few managers of (foreign nationals) in Multinational companies in India flying to Bangkok for weekends for this purpose( drinking alone).
