I'm new here and looking to increase my knowledge all the time. There's always great info on these forums and it helps when I make purchases when someone else has tested or reviewed products.
I'm currently running a simple but bad ass system consisting of a
DENON DN-A7100 preamp
Cerwin vega CVA-2800W dedicated amp
2 XLS-215's
There big, loud and great for everything from movies to games and any music you put through them.
I also have a dedicated cerwin vega active speaker and sub system which I run through a Stanton M-202 mixer to get the music from my iPod to the speakers. It's crude but it works.
I'd like to put the two together but I'm not sure if it's smart too or if it's
possible.
If you haven't noticed I'm kinda partial to cerwin vega. Anyways I'll look into reposting my active/passive question in the proper forum but for now I look forward to checking what else there is to learn on this forum.
