Noticed the same on all my chromecast audio devices. Today got a mail from google that they are working on fix. Reddit/ google search gives insight as issue being CA certificate of these devices expired on March 8-2025. So easiest fix given is ( not tried myself) is to re setup the device from android phone after changing date to anytime before March8-2025.

Hmm! When I change phone's date to an older date its detecting the device itself. I will wait for their fix and use other options for now.
its fixed for all devices for me as well. However, due to issue i happen to factory reset one of them. That one i m not able to setup again now. it gets stuck in setting up chromecast step. The only way it worked was by using Android Google Home app to setup with its date moved back to before March 8 -2025. Post setup i switched my mobile back to current data n time, and it seems to work fine now
They have yet to find and rollout a fix for those who factory reset their devices. It will take a few more days.
I was able to set it up today after changing date to last year on phone.
Nkw it works but can't see the old settings like dynamic or tone controls. It works without amy problem though
