Commercial TVs with better specs than consumer TVs

Most monitors will have this feature from almost any brand. You can just google and get a bunch of results. Dell also has this in their ultrasharp lineup for example

That is what I have been doing.

The Big Monitors with PIP/ PBP are all mostly available outside of India - few models here - overpriced.

OTOH - Commercial TV/ Display Signage with PIP PBP (which were initially not on my radar and got on due to this thread & your & FM comments) when googled mostly is only showing up with LG with a specific series of theirs.
