Confused for 32" TV for small room

I want to buy one small TV for my bedroom. I'm confused between Panasonic TH-L32B6D (Direct LED, IPS panel) and Pansonic TH-L32XM6D (Edge LED, VA Panel). Could anyone tell me which is better??

IPS are considered to be better then VA panels for color reproduction & viewing angle.
both TV mentioned had different features, like one can play movies direct from USB where is the other can't, if you could put little more about you requirement would be better to suggest.

oh yes, i might missed when checking the specs in hurry, thanks for correcting me.
