Customs duty charges with DHL

Hi,

I am getting a DAC shipped from China through DHL.

Declared price is USD 50 and shipping & handling charges is USD 65.

Any idea how much customs charges I will have to pay to DHL? (assuming they pay and clear the item on their own).

Is it better to use EMS instead? Shipping is USD35 (I am in Delhi).
