Dac for zidooz10 pro

Today connected iPhone 16plus to z8 using Usb c port. And try to play song. But not abke to get sound.
Chain: matanz50 through Rca to Dac
Iphone through usbc Dac

Mine worked out of the box, and the USB-C eliminates the need for the camera kit. Did you reset your USB Audio Devices on iPhone?
For iPhone 15 this setting is under Sounds and Haptics > Headphone Safety (under section headphone audio) > USB Audio Accessories. Click on “Forget all USB Audio Accessories” and try again.

Sent a mail to eversolo support. Tgey replied to buy otg cable with c port which supports Iphone
16. I have mentioned mone is 16plus.

I want to connect Eversolo z8 to power amp through xlr and avr to power amp through Rca.
Shall connect directly or any measures needed.
Z8 is pre cum dac. Shall I use z8 and power amp as pre power combo tgrough xlr and avr and power amp through RCA. Both wont use them simultaneously. Pls advise

Never understood the requirement of DAC if someone is using integrated amp or AVR since both has inbuilt DAC. Never heard any improvement in the sound with external dac

Well made DAC will sound better than inbuilt DAC. There are lot factors involved.Also good interconnects, revealing speakers are other factors in sound improvement.
Once I had visited a FM house who was not satisfied with music performance of Yama RXV667.Source was Pioneer BDP connected via HDMI.I suggested to try analog out and it improved sound.

I always wanted (and still wanting) a better sound. The same question lies -like avr do already have dac!!!
Have a schiit headphone amp which takes usb input (type A I guess the one which printers used to have) and it takes in rca and xlr and gives out rca and xlr and 3.5mm(the bigger version of it.
I have tried connecting my phones to it- Mi 11x, LG v20, poco f1, samsung M32
Tried flac files , spotify and youtube.
Of all the mobiles used poco f1 seems to sound a lot better with a close call to LG V20

From schiit I connect to a power amp - anthem MCA 325 and /or crown xls2502.

How come poco f1 sounds better when all of them are connected through usb (since dac os offloaded to schiit)?

I connect my iPhone 15 using USB-C to USB-C on Mojo 2 and it works well and I can see 24/96, 24/192 streamed. Does your DAC have a USB input? if yes, it should work I guess. There are adaptors for non-USB C inputs on DAC that you can have a look at.

Connected z8 to avr tgrough rca cd input
Cinnected Iphone to z8 through usb c port.selected source as usb c in z8.
But not getting volume from speakers.
where to control volume. Pls guide
