denon 1513 or yamaha rxv 373

Hi friends i finally decide to buy boston acoustic a250,

but i confuse between denon 1513 or yamaha rxv 373,

denon 1513 price 22k and yamaha 373 price 26k

my main use to watch movies on my sony led 55w800 which support all video files, but denon 1513 not support ARC so i can not get digital sound from my led?

please help me to decide best from this avr or i can extend my budget 5 to 6k?

If ARC is not supported by AVR, you can connect it with your TV using an optical cable and get DD/DTS but you won't get HD audio. Between the AVRs, both are capable and will do the job just fine. I think Yamaha can be bought for 24k if negotiated. Denon does not have Audyssey calibration I suppose.
