Denon AVR-X4400H - HEOS / Network Module Replacement

Dear All,

I have a Denon AVR-X4400H . It has been working fine until few days ago. Suddenly it stopped taking IP address from my home LAN DHCP Server. It also stopped responding to Bluetooth pairing attempts. I thought recent firmware update might have messed something up hence I tried to do network reset but it went in FIRM ERROR message so I did entire factory reset. Now HEOS / Network (LAN / WIFI) / Bluetooth has completely stopped working. It keeps going in AssigningNetwork status and stays there forever.

I am assuming worst that Network / HEOS module has gone bad and needs replacement. The AVR is not in warranty so what are the options?

Are such parts available locally within Denon community?
Has anyone tried to re flash the firmware using USB instead of over Network?

It just remains at these screens so there is no way to do any manual settings.
