i am planning to buy Denon AVR and have a goof offer for model S750H. Are S-series sold in India or it is grey market

The claimed dealer offers 1 year warranty but no warranty card. A legitimate invoice with serial no of the product will be given

Are there authorised service centre for S750H in Chennai. Need support

You may not get warranty / support if not purchased via authorized dealers.
If at all the service center accept, they may not have spares for the model, since it is not sold and serviced in India
