Hi,

I am new to this forum. I have a cosmic CO-60 amplifier. Of late there is a slight distortion from the right channel. Does anyone here have the schematics for this amplifier? Could anyone here help me out as to why this is happening?

The output transistors are 4 in number, 2 for each channel. The number is visible on only one of them, which reads 2N305. Is this correct? Also, since this is a complementary-symmetry push pull design, the pair of transistors for each channel should be of different type. I don't think all the can be the same. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks,

Regards,

india is big country ,can you pinpoint your location?

It could be 2N3055 which is NPN. MJ2955 is it's complementary PNP.
