Do not get these , your lower end out put will suffer , although they claim 300-600W output it will barely output 150W on the best of circumstances.
Get a rugged class Ab amp , even pro audio variants are good to go.

Class AB power amps are costlier, can't find anything in 30k budget

Absolutely don't go these drivers , better to use car subwoofers if budget is a issue.

Check Dayton Ultimax It's a great driver, and many people use it. but it's a little expensive. You can go through more details online.
