How reliable is Delta for online purchases? Main reason I buy on eBay is because of the buyer protection and guarantee, even though the prices are a bit high. But would love to find a reliable online vendor with competitive pricing (how I miss newegg.com :sad
For ex: I am looking two buy two 2TB drives for upgrading the "Movies" raid setup on my HTPC. None of the shops in my town have a 2TB drive readily available. The drives cost about 4,300 each on eBay with the 5% discount coupon. Same drives cost about Rs 4150 shipped from Delta. Should I take a leap of faith?

I think none of them have any online payment gateway on their site where you can directly pay through credit card instead you have to transfer the money to their account & they ship it to you once the transfer is reflected in their account!

I have bought several products from Delta and their service has always been good. Always got the products within 36 hrs. I don't know about their customer service since I did not have a chance to interact with them as I always got the products on time. I have one advantage since I live in the same city and even if anything went wrong I can always walk into their shop and claim the product.
