Have u tried audio settings, try switching between auto1, auto2 & PCM (Android TV Settings> Sound > HDMI audio)

Thanks folks and I have got them fixed. But I am having serious problem in syncing my Sonya Bravia KDL 55W800C with my Yamaha RX-V685.

The connection is made from ARC between the AV & the TV; but no sound is coming. I guess I need to get the right settings; the installation guys were also of no help.

In the action menu, choose speakers -> Audio System

YOu may need to changes to your TV Audio Settings . You can look for the TV manual .

Also you need to change the HDMI option as ARC in AVR Input settings .

Hello Folks, all settings are in place.

Problem is when the STB is connected to the TV or AVR, communication failure is happening between TV and the AVR and the Audio System is going inactive.

The TV is syncing properly and the audio system is active when the STB is unplugged.

Any idea ?
