Is there any seller in India for elac uni-fi ub5? Heard some really good reviews for these bookshelves?

if you can bring it from the US, do that. It is by far cheaper than anywhere in Asia or Europe.
As far i know they only sell the European slim version in Asia, which looks better but is also 50% more expensive.

Bringing speakers from other countries adds import tax + GST on top. The taxation would be very heavy which will cost more or less the same if you buy here.

Also being an owner of ELAC Debug series bookshelf speakers, I can affirm, the speakers are huge in size and heavy in weight side (even the bookshelf speakers).

The same speakers are available at Modern World in Domlur, Bangalore where I purchased the Debut series. Please talk to those guys (080-25358192) if they can ship it for you. I saw them having UNI floor standers when I went for an audition.

Importing will not be a viable option also it may not carry the warranty. Think twice..
