I bought an Emerson 1KVA UPS but I had battery faults twice within 1 year. On top of that Emerson will force you to buy batteries instead of providing free battery replacements under warranty.
Lastly their after-sales customer service is bad. You have to call the Emerson toll free number to generate a call & they will advise that engineer will visit within 24 hours. But in reality no one bothers to call you or visit the site. You have to call toll free number again to get the concern person's number. But that number will dead or not working. After several phone calls you will get an engineer's number from the toll free call advisor. Now engineer will say he will visit site but will never show up. Basically they tell lies and false promises & you would have wasted your time upto 1 month without any resolution.
Trust me & don't buy Emerson products & avoid them at all costs.Its not worth it.
