ex710 or ex720 / c6900 or d6400 - unfold..

Was having a close look at the Sony EX720 which was placed next to a Samsung C7000 and below a LG LE5500. The picture was absolutely dull in comparision. Thought the skin tones on the Sony looked more natural- but overall, it was a big dissapointment for me. I was informed, off the record, that the Samsung D series will be out within 2 weeks:anyone here who can reconfirm that, as also abou the new LG models ?

First of all , I am not a expert.
This dull is actually natural type of images, which are very comfortable for eyes while seating at home. LG pq is more vivid , looks very very bright. Looks every scene shoot in hot summer afternoon. U cant even set LG picture as similar to Sony. (expericed at Croma).
Sony PQ is very well suitable for viewing from minimum distance.
I will say, for decision, compare the TV models from minimum distance also, not from long. Which we actually doing in showrooms.

wow .. mixed reactions , though .. many with a 720 flag on..

my major disappointment is with :Samsung D series launch,,,,,,,,,,,

I really wanted to compare sony 720 and D 6400 before shelling out 1Lac on a 46" tv .. .

i wont bother too much on the pic qlty, sicne most tv;s in showrooms are tuned to contrast and display features.. and every tv can be tunes to personal likes for contrast / bright .. etc..

I have to finally pic soon, and have almost made my mind on 46" ex720....

all that excites about samsung is the freedom to play all formats, HDD capacity and some fancy on internet fearures,.,..

any feedbacks on 720 internet featues will be great... and any news on samsung D series will also be nice to hear..

cheers
