B&C are very fine drivers of Italian origin. Earl Geddes, one of the modern speaker design gurus used B&C midbass 12TBX100 driver both as sub as well as midbass. Their published specs will match the driver spec closely.
The pro audio drivers can take insane amount of power and are intended for higher loading alignments like horn etc. In a higher loaded alignment the xmax requirement is less and power requirement is more and the drivers are made such.
In sealed alignment you will xceed xmax of 9 mm (much much before the power limit ) at 25Hz at 103dB SPL. Ported will give better performance in the lowest octave.
I would suggest a more realistic twin sub with dual 12" driver in each sub. A total of 4 drivers. The in room performance of 2 subs is always better than 1 combined big sub. The combined surface area of four 12" drivers is about equal to one 20" driver. It costs lot less too and performs better.
