I have recently bought a Denon X500 for 22K. PM for dealer details.

Just to reiterate what others have said before - unfortunately 35k now (and 15k later) would not be enough to get good AVR + separate subwooder, fronts & backs bookshelves, and center. You are looking at at least 80k-100k for the entire package if you pick up anything that is branded hifi.
I think Sonodyne is the most VFM brand you can buy in India. 4 Sonus 1501s bookshelves (27k) + C2501 centre (8k) + Roarr 210 subwoofer (22k) - 57k for speakers alone. AVR another 20k - almost 80k for AVR+speakers. If you replace fronts with 2504 floorstanders, another 10k. Lower configs of Boston Accoustics etc are priced even higher

Given your constraints, there are two options
1. Adjust your requirements a little lower and select a good 5.1 HTIB. Boston Acoustics XS 5.1 + Pioneer AVR, or a Denon X500 or a Onkyo HTS 3400. They will sound very clear and the sub will have good punch, but not as much as you are looking for

2. Wait a little, manage the extra 15k and pick up the Pioneer HTP RS33 for about 45k. It is composed of 2 floorstanders, 2 backs, 1 centre and 1 subwoofer along with a Pioneer AVR. It will provide high bass, like you are looking for. I'd personally go for the second one, as it looks quite awesome too

You may also consider the following HTIB that comes to your budget
Pioneer HTP-072 5.1 (25k)
Pioneer HTP-323ES (Powered Subwoofer) (35k-38k)
Harman Kardon AVR70 + HKTS-5.1 Speakers (Powered Subwoofer) (35k)
Denon DHT-X500 (38 - 40k)

Again it would be very difficult to get a separate 5.1 with floorstands by just adding 15, 20K. But any way If I have to start/suggest, go with DENON x500 for around 25K. Add Polk Tsx330 for around 30K.

This itself will land you with 55K ....... then later you can add center (10K), rear(12-15K) and sub (30K) ......

I am not sure if you can get an AVR cheaper than 20-25K, but if you do ...... opt only DENON, ONKYO or YAMAHA. Floorstands as well I think TSx are the cheapest decent floorstands available .......

Or look for used deal if you can manage and are ok with used product ....

Then i think i'll have to go with HTIB setup because i can't manage that kind of money because i also have to buy led tv. Thanks for the suggestion.

Yes i also now think i'll have to go the HTIB way. So you are saying that BA xs 5.1 have good clarity and bass punch but not the kind of punch i am looking for.
Hows the poineer rs33 in terms of clarity and sound quality.

Researched a bit about poineer rs-33 and read some reviews online. I quite like its menacing and big look, but will have to do a auditon to know if they sound as good as they look. Also came across Poineer aj-5235xt, how are these compared to rs-33.
Now my mind is little cleared up and i know what i can do in my budget rightnow, just need to which one would suit me better.
I can either get
1.poineer rs-33
2. Poineer 323 av with BA XS 5.1
3.poineer 323 with floor standing speaker
