Focal bathys vs Airpods Max

Anyone in here who has listened to both? What did you end up preferring?

I've airpods max and convenience wise, I'd give it 11/10, seamless connectivity across all not just devices.
Great for watching midnight movies without disturbing others as it seamlessly connects to any smart TV, Android box, fire stick.

But audio wise I've been wondering if I could elevate the experience by getting bathys?

I'm using Sennheiser Momentum 4. it's pretty good. I use it to watch movies at night on TV.

Apple and Bathys out of my budget and didn't experience so can't comment.
