Good speakers with woofer for LED tv

I bought a samsung 46 inch LED tv,so now i am looking for good speakers to enjoy movies and music.I want to go for 2.1 speakers or sound bars,so can anyone suggest some good speaker system??without an amplifier?.My budget is 30K.

if its 2.1 that you want
i would advice you try and see if you can fit the audioengine A2 with a subwoofer in the 30k

I saw Boston Acoustics XS 2.1 but will these work with TV? i mean they seems to be multimedia speakers

How about Wharfedale??I dont know much about these speakers but i want to give a try,but they are not in my budget :\
