Looking for a good quality subwoofer cable. Need about 25ft. Looking for something that will give me bang for the buck. How much should i be looking to spend?

AmazonBasics Subwoofer cable - 35 feet

This is all you will ever need. If you need something exotic then there is no limit to it. Bluerigger is also a good VFM cable.

The monoprice is twice the price of the Amazon basics. The only thing i dont want is noise in the signal. If amazon basics does not do that then i guess thats a better buy?

Yeah but one draw back. While connecting to my denon avr preout it was very tight. So when I push or pull the backside panel bends in nd out. So not recommended if you will be regularly removing from the avr. I even sold the svs sound path cables for the same. The mono price is an excellent fit easily you can plug and remove without any pressure applied to the panel. Apart from this the amazon basics cable does the job

I guess I can order the Amazon basics cable and if they don't fit properly I can return them
It will fit no problem but will be very tight. So to plug and remove you will apply small pressure that will slightly bend the back panel of the avr. If you are not going to remove it often from the avr no issues. I used the amazon basics cable for a year.

Yes, they will all be tight when new. The reason being although the RCA plugs are standard, there will minor variances. If the cable is too tight, then it can be opened up very slightly to get the right snug fit. To remove, do not try to pull it out straight, rather twist it and then slowly take it out. Unlike interconnects, these are usually not meant to be plugged or unplugged often. I prefer my cables to be slightly tight to avoid a loose connection or noise due to slight vibrations.

ok

I have used monoprice as well as amazon basics rca cable and I personally feel amazon basics is far ahead in quality. The monoprice rca gave inconsistent connection and noise. And in my case monoprice rca was a bit too tight for most equipment and Amazon basics was a snug fit. Amazon basics is the best VFM.

Well I have used the amazon basics, svs soundpath rca and now using the monoprice. And no noise or inconsistency with connection. All 3 sounds the same. You must have got a faulty cable

Could be possible. But the monoprice was OK in the starting and deteriorated with minimal use.

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
