My Tv is 3” above my ear level. That gives me flexibility to mount a bookshelf just below it, and tweeter will almost be at my ear level (or just an inch below).
Since I cannot use rear ported speakers, the following speakers are within my budget(for LCR):
1. Polk RtiA3s
2. Elac Debut 2.0 B6.2
3. Wherfdale Diamond 11.2
Polk and Wherfdale looks fabulous in cherry and walnut finish
I can also lower down the budget and go for 5.25” driver versions of these speakers saving at least 15-20k on overall purchase. For a 230 sqft room, will 5 same speakers of 5.25” driver be enough? Or It’s better to go with 6.5” for LCR and 5.25” for surround?
