hello guys,

I've been using xbmc on my apple tv2, though i love using it but i often face my apple tv getting stuck or restarting on its own. Also it doesn't support 1080p which was fine till now but i recently bought a benq w1080p projector and a grandview 120" screen.

I'm dont think i'll be able to build one on my own so i think i'm gonna find someone to assemble it for me. I did my research for hardware components but most posts are from 2012 and backwards.

i would request you guys to help me with the list of items ill need, I would want it running on windows so i can also do a little web surfing on the side if needed.

awaiting your inputs :)

Please check various thread under this HTPC section. You can also check a very long thread by Sam which is very informative and inspiring and motivated me to build my own (with assistance of a friend).
I built a htpc few moths back within 12-13K.... very satisfied with it. :)

Yes I have been going through Sam's thread for the past couple of days.

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
