I have this hathway/JIO settop box (See photo) and trying to configure to my Samsung TV for Universal Remote.
In the universal setup configuration, I have selected the service provide as Hathway (ROK South), but none of the attempts recognize the signals. I can configure it manually also with different brands.
Please let me know which brand of IR profile works for this remote?
