Hathway STB - IR Problem with one Particular Model

I recently purchased HomMate IR blaster which uses Smartlife app. I was able to configure everything, except Hathway STB.
This particular model from Hathway (See photos) cannot be configured at all. I tried all possibilities (Pre-Defined, DIY, Learning, Others etc etc) but none of the methods recognize IR signal from this remote.

STB: HDS200
Remote: RR STB-1703

Any thoughts? Need your help.

STBs used by Hathway are very basic. I dont think there maybe an option to configure.

The latest ones launched here have only HDMI out and one earphone out behind it,

I have the older HDS6300 which has HDMI out and additionally Coaxial Out which helps for separate output to AVR.....

Other cable providers give real good STBs which have Optical Out.
